Appointments are available in person at 517 Charles Street, North Perth WA, or via Telehealth Australia-wide. My books are full, so I’m not taking on new clients at this time.
Appointment fees
Payment & rebates
Payment
Before your first appointment you’ll complete an intake form, which includes adding your card details. Payment is made on the day of each appointment, by card or by phone using Apple Pay or a similar digital wallet. Cash is not accepted.
Private health
Most Australian private health funds offer a rebate for physiotherapy. The rebate varies with your fund and level of cover. After each appointment you’ll be sent an invoice, which you can submit to your health fund to claim your rebate.
Medicare
To claim a Medicare rebate, you need a referral to physiotherapy from your GP under a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP). The rebate won’t cover the full fee, so please discuss your eligibility with your doctor and make sure I have a copy of your care plan. Medicare care plans are not bulk-billed, so there will be an out-of-pocket cost. Medicare claims can be processed through my practice software immediately after your appointment.
Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, and appointments missed without contact, are charged the full appointment fee.
Flexibility
I want everyone to receive the care they need. If appointment times or costs are a concern, please get in touch to talk about options.
