About this policy

This website belongs to Movement Physio, the physiotherapy practice of Sally Partington in North Perth, Western Australia. This policy covers the website only. I handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Browsing this site

You can browse this website without telling me who you are. The site doesn’t use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or social media pixels. Fonts and images are served from the site itself, not from third parties.

Like almost every website, the server that hosts this site may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. I don’t use these to identify visitors.

The contact form

If you send a message through the contact form, I collect your name, email address and anything you choose to include in your message. I use this only to reply to your enquiry, and I don’t add you to any mailing list.

Messages are stored securely in this website’s database, so none are lost, and delivered to my inbox by an email delivery service. The website’s hosting and email services may store or process them on servers outside Australia. Please don’t include health information in the contact form.

I keep enquiries only for as long as I need them to respond and follow up, then delete them. I never sell or share them for marketing.

This site links to other websites, such as LinkedIn. Their privacy practices are their own, so please check their policies.

You can ask what personal information I hold about you from this website, or ask me to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@movementphysio.com.au. I’ll respond within 30 days.
